Daddy Bao does a seriously good bao.👌🏻🇹🇼 Right up front is the Bao Benedict; slow braised flock & herd pork, wilted spinach, free range egg and hollandaise sauce on a bao bun. From their epic brunch menu. 🍳🐷🥟 On the table is also the beef brisket bao, fried chicken with smoked miso mayo, chicken poppers and sweet potatoes fries. 🤤 Issue was everything sounded so good we wanted it all.
