Totally lives up to the hype. This is some of the best pasta I have ever had. 🍝🍝🍝Favourite is definitely their staple, the Pici with cacio & pepe (top); a great unusual chewy chunky pasta with a simple Parmesan, black pepper and golden garlic sauce. All the rest were amazing too though including the Ravioli of Neal's Yard goat cheese with marjoram butter (bottom left) and the Pappardelle with 8 hour Dexter beef shin ragu (bottom right) 👌🏻.
