This was such a good roast. 🐄 Rare breed roast beef cooked medium rare with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, jus and Yorkshire pudding.👌🏻 Simple yet stunning. 🐖🐏 🎃 All the other roast options sounded delicious too including the slow cooked lamb shoulder, the pork rib eye and the roasted pumpkin.
